We aim to provide you the best experience possible and get you the items you want from the businesses you love while supporting the amazing creators we all rely on for so much amazing content.  For any questions about your order, or issues you need help with - please reach out to us over email at support@birdcart.com and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

 

Shipping

For orders under 5lbs we will ship to APO, Hawaii, and Alaska with our normal shipping procedures.  Unfortunately, for orders over 5lbs we will need to reach out to you directly with a quote for shipping.

Our shipping rates are simple - $10 for orders under $100 and free for all other orders.  We want to get you the hobby and painting products you need as we all strive to flatten the curve. At a minimum, we ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays) so as soon as we have your product in stock we'll send it out to you.  For any questions, please reach out to shipping@birdcart.com or support@birdcart.com.

 

Returns and Cancellations

For any refunds, cancellations, or other questions please email us your name, order number, and issue to support@birdcart.com.

Refunds for cancelled orders before they are shipped, missing or damaged items, will be processed within 3 business days to your payment method without any reservation.

Returns for items that have already been shipped and New and Unopened (for instance, if you change your mind) will be accepted within 30 days of the time of delivery but the returnee must pay for the shipping cost back to our store.  We will send you a pre-paid label and once we receive the item at our store we will process the refund minus the cost of shipping.
